Resetting Email Profile on computer

- Close out of Outlook
- Click on the start button and type Control Panel
- Select Small Icon at the top right
- Click On Mail (Microsoft Outlook)
- Click on Show Profiles
- Press Remove and click on Yes
- Press OK to close out of the Mail window.
- Open Outlook and follow the instructions for adding your email profile back
